Dennard Lascar Celebrates 20th Anniversary of Providing Investor Relations Counsel
Firm marks two decades of customized IR services to public and pre-IPO companies
HOUSTON, Dec. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Dennard Lascar Investor Relations, a leading provider of advanced investor relations counsel, innovative analytical services and strategic corporate governance support, today announced the celebration of its 20th anniversary in business.
Founded in 1997 in Houston, with additional offices in Dallas and San Antonio, Dennard Lascar is the largest investor relations firm in the Southwest, currently serving more than 30 public and private company clients. Our IR Services
"We are very proud of our record of serving more than 180 clients since opening our doors 20 years ago, providing innovative investor relations counsel to both established public companies and those navigating the complex initial public offering process," said Ken Dennard, Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Dennard Lascar.
"Over the years, we have worked diligently to earn a strong reputation for candid and insightful IR counsel, proactive customer service, development of best practices and tailored support to address our clients' most challenging issues. We are especially proud to have worked with exceptional management teams that represent many great companies, including several dozen client relationships that have spanned more than a decade. Our Clients
"No two clients are alike, nor are their unique investment value propositions. That's why our firm develops customized programs for each company, drawing on the varied skills and expertise of a dozen seasoned IR and financial communications specialists and former Wall Street analysts.
"Throughout the decades, we have listened to the marketplace and built a successful consultancy that our client base relies on to improve their market outreach, compliance initiatives, and financial communications," Dennard added.
Jack Lascar, the firm's President and Managing Partner, added, "This is a tremendous milestone, and it's been an incredible journey. Alongside our clients and strategic partners, our firm and our industry have weathered challenging market cycles, major regulatory changes, a seismic shift in the way investment banks, institutional investors and brokers operate, and increased demands for investment information and corporate transparency by professional investors.
"Thanks to our experienced and devoted colleagues in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, we've been able to help our clients navigate this changing landscape – and grow our firm's client list. Ken and I would like to thank all our clients and our colleagues for their support as we look forward to the shared experiences that the next decades have to offer," Lascar said.
